Shipping & Returns
Most orders will be processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours of the date of confirmation of your order unless otherwise given. Delivery or transit times can vary depending on the package size and the place of delivery. Small and medium-sized packages are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the day the packages leave our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse.
Since the purchases are approved by the cardholder, we are not liable for incorrect addresses given at the time of placing the order after delivery.
All claims for shortages or losses, if any, must be submitted to customer service on the delivery day via the web store's contact us page. The said shortage of goods required is also highlighted and signed on a copy of the proof of delivery and returned to the deliverer.

All items for return must be packaged securely. Please check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We will not be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.
Replacement of a product is only allowed under the following circumstances:
Replacements may is made if the consumer decides that the product has been shipped in faulty condition or has a physical injury.
If you believe the product you are receiving is not as displayed on the website or as per the requirements, you must carry it to our customer service notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon reviewing the query, the Customer Service Team will take the correct decision.
